The announcement was made during a landmark industry event titled “EnterpriseFraud Defense: Pakistan’s Next Chapter” held on January 12, 2026, which brought together over 100 senior leaders from banks, payment service providers, fintechs, and academia to discuss the future of fraud prevention and digitaltrust in Pakistan.

Following the successful deployment at Soneri Bank, the Enterprise Fraud Management System isset to be adopted by additional member institutions on 1LINK’s platform,including Mashreq Bank Pakistan, DubaiIslamic Bank Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan, ABHI Microfinance Bank, Khushhali Microfinance Bank, Al Baraka Bank Pakistan, ABHI Bank and Hugo Bank, marking a major step forward in strengthening Pakistan’s defenses against emerging digital fraud risks.
Through expertpanels and live technology showcases, participants explored how artificial intelligence, large-scale data aggregation, and industry collaboration are enabling more effective, enterprise-wide fraud prevention. Industry leaders highlighted the integration of TrustDecision’s risk decision engine with1LINK’s Enterprise Fraud Risk Management Services (EFRMS), enabling real-time fraud detection across both financial and non-financial transactions, while preserving a secure and seamless consumer experience.
In addition to the enterprise fraud management roll-out, 1LINK and TrustDecision also announced the launch of Identity Verification (eKYC) for Pakistan’s digital ecosystem.
The solution combines eKYC, device intelligence, and behavioral risk signals to help banks and digital platforms onboard users with greater confidence. Acting as a real-time identity risk layer, TrustDecision continuously enriches fraud, AML, and transaction monitoring systems with higher-quality signals—enabling earlier interception of high-risk identities, reducing downstream fraud losses, and improving the accuracy of AML and KYT monitoring across the transaction lifecycle.
